Manage dormitories lands actively, complete housing welfares efficiently

●Push each country-owned dormitories, overall discuss and review the management systems

• Monitor each organization to empty and collect the country-owned dormitories lands on the construction sites of the resident areas, business areas, and science areas, and the non-urban country-owned lands categorized as Chia, Yi, Bing and Ding.Plus, review and check the handling methods.
• Study the dormitory management regulations and modify them timely, assist each organization to explain on ambiguous regulations about dormitory management.
• List quarterly and control each organization’s dormitories and house occupations to prevent new occupants.
• Organize forums about country-owned dormitory management, family housing and nation-wide dormitory management systems, and further enhance each participant’s management skills.

●Increase quickness and flexibility of the central civil servants’ house purchasing assistance  system

• According to the poll statistics of the houses purchasing assistance taken place biennially, the CSHWC annually discusses and adjusts the purchasing assistance households based on the trend of civil servants’ needs and the financial status of the housing fund.
• 2,500 households shall be assisted during 2005 to 2008, and 10,000 households in total for these four years.
• In response to the ‘e-single-window’ operation, provide an instant, integrative, interactive service with personalization and computerization.
• Year budget for the house purchase assistances shall be allotted from the fund.In which case, any insufficiency shall be listed in the year budgets.When the government has financial difficulties in listing the budget, the CSHWC shall loan from the banks on the insufficient fund.

●Promote various leisure activities to encourage employees’ physical and mental health

• Amend and improve each welfare systems timely to favor civil servants and go toward a sustainable development.
• Strive for budget, and organize diverse culture and leisure activities, including sports, chesses and bridges contests.
• In response to the expansion of Tourist Year of Taiwan, the CSHWC plans a proposal of “Holiday Enjoyments - Civil servants’ traveling activities”.By organizing relaxing and comfortable package tours which civil servants may pick freely, the CSHWC hopes that each employee may have chance to release their pressure and enhance their healthy.
