The circle around the edge of the organizational badge represents fulfillment, and the semicircle represents a smile and happiness. The combination of the circle and the semicircle is just like a smiling face of human. The outside edge means mutual aids and cultural activities of the committee, and the house design inside the main sketch stands for the “residence purchase aid”, which means our committee deals with the residential loans and house allocations for the central government employees and teachers. The house design is composed of “Chung” and “Yung”, which means “center” and represents the people we serve, that is, those who are subordinate to the central government organizations.
The colors of the organizational badge compose of red, white and blue, which are colors of R.O.C.’s national flag, represent the loyalty to the country. Red, stands for the service and prevalence of the civil servants; white, transparency and open policy, and blue means justice and rightness. All of these symbolize the working principles and directions of CSHWC-Civil Service Housing and Welfare Committee. The whole design, the strong building as well as the smiling face, means the goal of the government to aid the house purchase and assist the central civil servants to have a more comfortable and happy life.
